Project Outline:
• Undertook a two-stage property procurement process covering both South Western and North Western Sydney.
• Our in-house architects reviewed the drawings from shortlisted owners and designed solutions to align with business operations.
• Documented a highly technical design brief encompassing all the building specifications and associated services.
• Prepared a Heads of Agreement and negotiated an Agreement for Lease and Lease with the selected developer in consultation with CEA’s legal team.
• Project managed the delivery of the facility.
