New key appointments to expand National presence
LEADING SUPPLY CHAIN & PROPERTY FIRM TM INSIGHT MAKE KEY APPOINTMENTS TO EXPAND NATIONAL PRESENCE.
TM Insight yet again in 2018, have made two significant appointments as part of their expansion strategy, with Dom Sorbara, former Development Manager for Charter Hall, and Ben Caporale, former Senior Project Engineer for Lend Lease, joining as Development Manager and Project Manager respectively.
Both appointments will bring a wealth of industry knowledge to TM Insight’s Sydney office, with Mr Sorbara already having many prior interactions with TM Insight throughout his career.
With his experience as Development Manager at Charter Hall and Property Manager at Goodman Australia, Mr Sorbara has weighty experience in understanding key development metrics for large scale industrial developments. He has detailed knowledge of the Australian industrial market and has led some of the largest site acquisitions and pre-lease commitments in the Sydney and Brisbane industrial property market.
“It is very exciting to be joining the TM Insight team. The evolving nature of industrial property considerations such as automation and increased purpose-built solutions, has instilled the desire to utilise my development experience on the customer side. I see a great opportunity for TM Insight to service clients in this area through their in-depth and all round integrated knowledge of supply chain, property and project management,” Mr Sorbara said.
Ben Caporale brings significant construction knowledge to TM Insight having worked as a Senior Engineer at both Lend Lease and Leighton Contractors.
“I look forward to bringing my skillsets on built projects to TM Insight’s expertise in designing and delivering purpose-built facilities that are customised to a client’s supply chain requirements,” said Mr Caporale.
Travis Erridge said both appointments will deliver significant long-term results for both TM Insight and its customers.
“We are proud and excited to be able to welcome two highly skilled and experienced consultants to our team. We see tremendous opportunity for what both Ben and Dom will be able to deliver in terms of our national growth and client services. Our clients can celebrate the strength both Ben and Dom bring to supply chain optimisation, property advisory and project management at TM Insight,” said Mr Erridge.
The recruitment of Dom Sorbara and Ben Caporale follows the recruitment of two new directors, former Director of Industrial for Colliers International Justin Fried and former Toll Customised Solutions General Manager Rob Turner. The expansion of the TM Insight team continues to secure its position as the leading supply chain and property consultancy in Australia.
Dom Sorbara and Ben Caporale commence work in earnest at TM Insight in April.
