Former Toll Group Global Head of Sales and Business Development joins TM Insight

TM Insight is delighted to announce the appointment of Marcus Carmont, former Global Head of Sales and Business Development at Toll Group, as Executive Director of Business Development.

This newly created role at TM Insight, Australia’s leading specialist in supply chain and industrial property advisory, will strengthen the business’ leadership team and the organisation’s ability to provide customer-led supply chain solutions across Australia, New Zealand and throughout South-East Asia.

Carmont will be working alongside Chief Customer Officer Nathan Bingham and other senior directors to deliver on TM Insight’s strategy to design and deliver world-class supply chain, property and project management solutions that position their clients as clear industry leaders.

Carmont brings over 20 years of international supply chain experience, having held senior management positions at Toll Group and CEVA Logistics. At his most recently held role at Toll Group, Carmont led the sales and new business for Toll Group’s global logistics business. He worked with a vast array of global brands, such as Kimberly-Clark, Pernod, Asahi and Lindt, in optimising their supply chain strategies across North America, Asia including China, Australia and New Zealand.

“Without doubt, the current environment is forcing many leading organisations to rethink their supply chain strategies and rework their complex systems so they can be agile in responding to significant shifts in the market.
